If you want one membership that works in many cities, the main options in October 2026 are WeWork All Access, which covers 450+ locations on the Plus tier, and IWG’s memberships, which cover Regus and its sister brands in 5-day, 10-day or unlimited monthly packages. Aggregators like Deskpass and Croissant add independent spaces, and Outsite sells a coliving membership for $199 a year. Most coworking networks now show prices only at checkout, for your city and currency, so members are asked to add what they paid.

In short:
- WeWork All Access Plus covers 450+ locations, All Access Basic covers 100+ in selected regions, and every new membership pays a one-time $10 setup fee.
- IWG sells access in 5-day, 10-day or unlimited monthly packages across Regus and its other brands, but quotes prices by location.
- Selina, once the best-known coliving brand, went into administration in July 2024. Many of its Latin American sites now trade as Socialtel, which is a reminder to avoid paying far ahead for coliving.

WeWork All Access
Both tiers include one coworking booking a day, plus monthly credits for extra space: three on Plus, two on Basic. You can go month to month or commit for 3, 6 or 12 months; WeWork’s Spanish-language page offers up to 15% off for commitments. Prices aren’t printed on the public plan pages and depend on your home market, so check the checkout price in your currency.
IWG and Regus
IWG sells memberships “on-demand or in 5, 10 or unlimited days per month packages.” Regus currently calls these Office Access Plans 5, 10 and Unlimited. They cover private office days, plus lounges and discounted meeting rooms. Older advice refers to “Businessworld,” but the current pages use the access-plan names, so ask sales which brands and centres your plan covers. Neither site printed prices when we checked.
Aggregators and coliving
Deskpass and Croissant sell access to independent spaces rather than owning them. Croissant now markets mainly to teams, which suits a founder giving a small remote team desk access without leases.
Outsite members get discounts and member-only locations. Treat its advertised “average savings” figures as marketing. Selina shows the risk in this sector. Selina Hospitality PLC went into administration on 22 July 2024. Collective Hospitality bought its trading assets on 22 August 2024, covering about 100 hotels in 22 countries. If you prepay for coliving, pay by card where you can and read the refund terms.
How to choose
- Rarely in one city for long? Day passes or On Demand usually beat a monthly plan.
- One base plus regular trips? A local monthly desk at home, plus On Demand elsewhere.
- Need calls in a private room? IWG’s office access plans cover private offices, not only hot desks.
- Running a small team? Look at team credit products such as Croissant or Deskpass Teams.
- Want community more than desks? Coliving such as Outsite, but book short stays first.
Before paying, check three things: whether the network actually covers your next three cities, the cancellation notice period, and whether meeting rooms cost extra.
