1. This TOS applies to the whole of Nomadforums and all forums hosted on this service. Forum owners are free to add to these rules within their forums as they see fit, but these rules supercede any and all individual forum rules. 2. Nomadforums is provided freely, as-is, for your use and enjoyment. This does not mean that all forum requests will be granted. The HOST will grant or deny requests at their discretion. 3. There is no warranty, stated or implied. Posts/threads may be lost due to hardware crashes, service interruptions, database crashes, and other similar technical issues AS WELL AS deleted at the discretion of the HOST and Service Moderators. 4. Illegal activities are prohibited. Any and all illegal activities will be reported to the proper legal agencies and Nomadforums will cooperate in every way with said agencies. *note* As harassment is a legal gray area that is determined on a case by case basis by the courts, NomadForums will make no decisions as to what constitutes harassment. If you feel you are being harassed, contact the proper authorities and NomadForums will cooperate fully with their investigation but will take no action until such time as the courts have made a ruling on the matter. Nomadforums recommends using the ignore feature or speaking to the hosts of the forum(s) you are having trouble in. 5. Use of this service is not guaranteed. The HOST will not overturn individual forum gags or bans, redress can only be made through the host of the forum in question. System-wide gags or bans may be implemented for abuse of system resources or violation of these terms of service. Where possible, an attempt will be made to warn individuals prior to action being taken. Therefore, it is imperitive that all accounts provide a valid e-mail address. [FYI - creating new user IDs for the purpose of bypassing a ban is considered an abuse of system resources and can result in a system wide ban.] We strive to provide a fun, friendly, enjoyable environment for our members. As such, please keep the trash from other services on those services. This includes but is not limited to wars between individuals and forums.
